Christine Zepeda
MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, FNP-C
Owner & Family Nurse Practitioner

With 14 years of experience in critical care—spanning neonatal, pediatric, and surgical/trauma ICU—I have dedicated my career to helping patients in their most vulnerable moments. During the pandemic, I served as a FEMA reservist for 2.5 years, traveling across Texas to care for COVID-19 patients in the ICU.
That experience changed me. Witnessing so many lives lost, I kept asking myself: What could we have done better? The answer became clear—prevention and education. I realized that improving overall health could lead to better outcomes, and that realization shifted my path.
In a hotel room at the Texas border, I made a life-changing decision. I called my husband and said, I’m changing my focus from critical care to family practice. I transitioned to a new university, driven by a newfound passion for preventative medicine.
Inspired by this definition of the word Vitale - “the power giving continuance of life” - I have built this practice around helping individuals reach their fullest potential in health and well-being.
I may not be able to change the entire world, but if I can change even one life, I know I’m making a difference.
