Jennifer Harper, a highly accomplished Registered Dietitian specializing in clinical nutrition with a focus on "food noise." Her areas of expertise include eating disorders, weight management, diabetes, and addressing deficiencies that may arise after bariatric surgery. Jennifer also possesses extensive experience in various weight loss programs, including the strategic use of medications.

 

Jennifer earned her undergraduate degree in Clinical Psychology from Mary Hardin Baylor before becoming a Registered Dietitian in 2011 after graduating from Texas Christian University. She furthered her education by obtaining a doctorate from The University of New England. Additionally, Jennifer completed a two-year mentorship under the esteemed Harlivleen Gill, a world-renowned dietitian and nutritionist. During this mentorship, Jennifer gained in-depth knowledge of diabetes management and prevention, particularly recognizing the significant role of hereditary factors. She excels at developing structures and routines that enable her patients to maintain their health goals even amidst life's uncertainties. Jennifer is dedicated to empowering patients to navigate the often-conflicting health advice they encounter, helping them make confident, well-informed decisions about their nutrition and wellness. Her overarching goal is to empower patients to take control of their health by providing evidence-based nutrition strategies that foster long-term success. Jennifer is deeply passionate about assisting individuals in transforming their health aspirations into achievable daily habits.

 

Outside of her professional life, Jennifer married her husband, John, in 2018, and they welcomed twin daughters in 2020. Despite the demands of motherhood, she enjoys outdoor activities, including training for marathons, with the aspiration of one day qualifying for the Boston Marathon.

In 2018 Jennifer married the love of her life, John,  and  in 2020 gave birth to twin daughters.  She says being a mom of twins keeps her very busy but she finds time to enjoy outdoor activities including training for marathons.  She hopes one day to qualify for the Boston Marathon,
